14.1 Indicative Valuation
Any initial exchange valuation is indicative unless finally confirmed following physical inspection and
document verification.

14.2 Factors









Vehicle make, model and variant.
Age and mileage.
Physical condition.
Accident or repair history.
Ownership history.
Insurance status.
Loan/hypothecation status.
Market demand and prevailing valuation.

14.3 Documents
The customer must disclose accurate ownership, loan, insurance, accident and registration information.
14.4 Final Valuation
Final exchange value may change if the vehicle condition, documents or disclosed information differs from
the information used for the initial valuation.
